I have a new tablet and my games did not transfer over. How do I get the games to transfer over at the same levels and same tokens?

Did you have the game connected to Facebook on your old tablet? If yes, then all your progress is stored there. All you'll have to do is to grab your new tablet, start Candy Crush Saga and log into Facebook with the blue button.
Please note that you can't transfer your boosters so better use your old tablet until you have used all boosters there.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
