In what language does "I will investigate this for you", translate to "solved"?! I see numerous complaints about this exact issue, dating back to more than a month ago, but this is the only one I see that is "solved", but it certainly is NOT! When I contact King about it, I get no help, just an automated email suggesting I come here. Yeah, THAT helped!I am really sorry to hear that you have had this unpleasant experience. Thanks for highlighting this we will investigate this for you.
