I'm playing Candy crush saga om my iPad and running into the strange problem that I have to close the applicatiebeheerder completely because the button Claim reward stays gray.
Hope you van help me out..

I'm using version 1.54.00.. Updates in june 5 2015.

Which version of the game do you have installed?
Please check iTunes/Google Play for updates and hopefully the screen should be gone next time you start the game.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
