I purchased a small booster pack and the gold bars showed up but none of the boosters did. How do I fix this or can I get a refund?

When I posted about not receiving my unlimited lives with a pack I purchased, I was contacted by a moderator who handled my case directly, I imagine you'll be contacted as well.
