why does my game keep freezing on the laptop

why does my game keep freezing it is so annoying especially when near the end. does anyone else have this problem.

Hi Anne-  I know of a few things you can try. Make sure your cache is clean and the Java is up to date. I use the site https://www.whatismybrowser.com to check these. After doing this, try to load the game again. If still no luck, try a different browser- I personally always use Chrome.

Hi Crusher, thanks for your help, I'm a silver surfer and not too brilliant on pc, but I've updated Java, cleared my cache, and set Chrome as my default browser, so was very pleased with myself ! but unfortunately when I played my game it just froze again. When checking your 'whatsmybrowser' it still says my browser is Internet Explorer and is up to date ??? Grrrrr (thought I'd cracked it). I'll have to now try and go through the video again, I did give it a try.
