I had candy crush on my phone then i had to reset back to factory now it is saying my phone is not compatible with this version why?
This is common issue with playstore and does not necessary means your device can't run it. Just download http://apkecho.com/candy-crush-saga/ Candy Crush apk and install it manually. It's very easy and fast solution.
Please note if it's first time you're installing apk you need to follow this steps:
Go to settings->security and mark unknown sources.

Please try the following steps as they seem to resolve the problem for a vast majority of players:
- First please update the OS on your device.
- Navigate to Settings - About Phone - System Updates - Update. Please see the following video for help doing this: www.youtube.com/watch?v=fz14wv4PXVg
- Now reset the Settings in the Google Play app:
- Go to apps and find the app called 'Settings'Locate the menu called 'Apps'Scroll down until you find the 'Google Play Store'From here click on 'Clear data' then clear cache.Please notice that you will get a warning when clicking the 'Clear data' button - don't worry as it's just a reset.Reboot the device and you should now be able to install the game.If after trying these last steps the issue still persists then please follow them again and this time also click on 'Uninstall updates.’

- Device Model.
-OS version.
-Google Play Store version number: www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/google-play-store/
-Please note that the Play Store version needs to be at least v5.2 to ensure smooth running.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
