It shows up on my Facebook notifications, but does not carry over to my game. I have tried both installing and re- installing both Facebook and Candy Crush. Both items are up to date. Please advise.
I'm having the same problem, use to be able to close out of candy crush and sign back in and I'd get the help that was sent, but that doesn't work anymore either
Have had this problem for several months. I was told it was a problem in my settings. I have allowed almost everyone/thing permission to my account and still no lives or tickets. It shows on Facebook friends have sent requests but they aren't there. Ready to find a new crush.
I got the same problem...I need tickets but no one can receive my request. Even though they can, they can't send out the ticket to me.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
