I suddenly post all my progress on my iphone even after i connect to facebook?

Hello, 

I'm currently at the 1365th level but one day I lost all my progress even after connecting to facebook.

I've tried everything but it is not working please help!!

Hey Hyam,

Just connecting the game to your Kingdom or your Facebook account should do the trick.

Maybe first check for updates for the game app, your Facebook app and your iOS. Restart your device too.

Try using a strong WiFi connection.

Thank you for replying.I did all the above but nothing worked.Is there something else i could do?
