I've been playing this addictive game for ~3 years now. I've played it on my mobile phone all the time. But I had also connected my FB account. A while ago, I've deleted my FB account. Since then, I haven't experienced any problem, till now. Yesterday I've fulfilled my bar (180 sugar thing, I exceeded that to 205.) to get some presents (I don't know it's name.), I was in subway so I had no internet connection and it told me to go connect before playing further. I clicked OK as always and moved on. But today, no matter how many levels I played it didn't let me collect that present until I login again. Since I deleted my actual FB account (which was connected to the game), I've find my unused FB account and logon with that. This stupid move erased all the progress and took me to the first level. I feel terribly terribly sorry. I think there is no way of getting that data back (and I tried logging out and it didn't work either), but a lawyer friend of mine told me to come here and ask, and that if there will be no solution provided, I can sue you. (He'll help me in that.) Please, I don't want to sue this brilliant company. Help me out.
