Why when playing does the screen go black?

In the middle of playing candy crush saga the screen goes black and all progreecis lost plus time and lives lost! Why?

Both me and my sister are experiencing the same thing, but we are playing on PC and/or laptop. It is really annoying! And also unfair, that after struggling and using boosters, many times finally passing the level, the screen goes black and we can start all over again!!!
