I won the Create Striped Candies contest and it is stuck on calculating the results

I have the same issue. I won first place and no reward. It kept saying calcuting results. When I checked it again today it was gone.

It shows I won first place as well and received nothing. Just the message of calculating results. Now the message is gone and still nothing.

I was in third place the last time I checked...before it wouldn't show me the results anymore. Just stuck in a loop of loading results. Now I have no idea.

I have the same issue as everyone else. Nothing but a spinning circle and "calculating results". Now the link to the contest results in the game is gone. What happens now? All that effort for a software bug? I sure hope not.

I have been having the same issue, now the contest doesn't show at all.

Same issue, nothing in my envelop. I did report yesterday, but now the challenge has been removed and no bonus ever awarded. Very disappointing for a loyal player! (Finished in #1 spot)

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!

Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone. update. Still having the same problem. My internet and my iphone 17 pro have not…
