How do I move on to Party Hill in the new cake boards? It says there are only 12 days left.

I have completed all the countries in Europe. I think there are more continents to discover, if there are any, how do I move on?

Not a single error, when I open the world feature  it shows that i have completed Europe. Just one continent. It does not show any other continent which should have been open to play next.
