My mum has lost all her levels in candy crush saga she was on level 830.

I am seeking a response on behalf of my Mum. Mum was on level 830 on candy crush saga, the app hung and would not load. I deleted the app and reloaded it. After the app reloaded all 830 levels were lost. Is there any way this can be restored. Please advise she has spend a lot of money on this app, it would be extremely disappointing if you can not assist, she has also spent a  bit of money on the app.

But the same happened to me and now I don't know how to be back in my 567 level I remember and I spend money on it too and now I am in the 167 level is not nice ): I need to recovery how can I do that???
