Why do all of my Candy Crush games crash while I'm playing bringing me back to the icon?

Hi JoannP- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am really sorry that you have been experiencing a problem playing on your iPad. We have noticed that players have been experiencing problems with some of our games on older devices, and we understand that this has been disappointing for these players.

I just wanted to give you an update. We highly value all the thoughts and feedback that we have received. We have listened and we are currently working as hard as we can to find a solution for you, so that you can continue to enjoy playing on your current devices. I’m delighted to inform you that this has been fixed in Candy Crush Soda Saga and Farm Heroes Super Saga. We are working hard on finding solutions for our other games too.

If you are also playing Candy Crush Soda Saga or Farm Heroes Super Saga, you will receive the update automatically the next time you open your game while having an Internet connection.

You might have to quit and restart the game if you play on mobile. If you haven't received the update within the next 12 hours you will need to delete the app and reinstall it. Please note that all your free boosters and saved lives which are stored locally on your device may be lost during this process.If you have any issues or questions please come back to us, we are always happy to help!I have added your question to our main thread so that you can be kept up to date :-)
