Lost progress

I was almost to level 990, I usually play logged out of facebook. Accassionally I'll log into facebook to check my messages. Today I logged in with facebook and it automatically erased all of my progress and started at level 1. I logged back out of facebook and it was at level 1 to. I've tried turning my phone off, deleting and reinstalling the app, closing my apps, everything. I'm so mad.

How to get lives
I been trying to use my debit card to buy stuff but it keeps saying my account is blocked and I hv to call to get it removed but I don't understand why??

hi. The game froze 3 times when I tried to match a colour bomb to a stripe that may have let me complete the level. I lost 2 lives and was only given 1 UFO the first freeze
