Reset Kingdom Password

Hello,

I've lost my game progress and need to log back into my Kingdom account. I've tried multiple times, from multiple platforms to use the "forgot password" tool. However, I am not receiving the reset email. My account IS NOT synced to a Facebook account. It is only synced to my Kingdom account. Could you please send me the reset password link to the email address associated with this King Care account? Or give me another option besides Facebook to reset my password and continue my game progress.

Hello,

I am still unable to play Candy Crush. Can you please help me login to my Kingdom account so I can get back to the game??!! I find it very hard to believe that as a company who can program all these sophisticated games, you can't find a way for me to reset my Kingdom password.

I've been continually monitoring my email inbox and junk mail for this reset password email, but have not seen anything yet. I also continue to regenerate the email by submitting the form from both the website and app.

I see a lot of people on this forum with the same problem. It is very frustrating. I would appreciate a response and a solution on this matter.

Hey There,

I still can't log into my Kingdom account. I need the password reset. I find this really hard to believe that there is no other options to reset the password. I'm not getting the emails. I've tried from the app on both phone and tablet iOS devices as well as through the website using Safari and Firefox. I continue to request the email while monitoring my junk email and regular inbox. I've seen nothing. PLEASE HELP!!

Primarily Safari on Mac and iOS. But I've tried from Firefox on Mac as well.

I've also been monitoring my junk email box and have not seen anything from King. Is there any way you can message me a link or another way for me to reset my password?
