Cannot find answer

I was informed by care.king that Mark Hawk may have an answer to my question of lost levels but cannot seem to find the answer.   Help!!   This is not easy question and answer site.

I've been trying for two month to get an answer. Why is message envelope always empty?

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.

The message envelope in your Candy Crush Saga game is where lives are stored and requests for a life can be found there also

At this time the Candy Crush Saga game team has been working on that feature of the game. Until that work is completed we have been asked for our patience
