Why am I losing gold bars in candy crush? They just disappear.

I had over 50 gold bars and used them to continue on one level and suddenly I have 9. I bought a bundle pack and it's annoying.

This is really frustrating. Twice now I have had about 75 gold bars and both of those batches have dropped to 10. Then I worked my way back up to 9 and I'm back to 1. Is there a possibility that I can get them all restored to my game? Why does this happen? I'm down about 160 gold bars in total. It seems unfair that they go away. What can I do?

When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

@Eulerexponential Hi, have answered on your soda question, but the community can not help you with this as we can not deal with gold bar or purchase issues and your only option is to contact customer support
