Candy crush does not update anymore

I'm currenlty playing level 733 Candy Crush but when I start playing it opens at 692 eventhough I already played these levels. The 'presents' with bonus don 't open up, I am not able to play in the players division anymore because of it. The game does not count the fish, the stripped Candy and do on. Can please someone help me getting this game playing correct again. An update was not the solution unfortunately
