candy crush on my galaxy S7

while trying to play candy crush on my phone it keeps telling me no internet connection and also will not connect to Facebook. When I log into Facebook I am 50 levels ahead of what shows up on my phone. I have reinstalled Candy Crush several times and also have did everything that is been mentioned here to do. Not sure what else to try...
