Why do we only have 13 moves ? I looked on youtube how they managed to complete this level and they all had 16 moves, could this please be fixed ? thank you

Another day - different BS from King.   Impossible to clear level 2733 -  64 blocks in 13 moves?  Insane.  This happens every  other  level lately.
