Landed on jackpot and didn't win anything.

I landed on the jackpot in Candy Crush saga and received nothing. I sent an email about this and was told it's very rare to win the jackpot and sometimes it just doesn't land where you want it to but one day I might get lucky. 

Not sure  what kind of an answer that was. I would not have sent an email if it did not land on the jackpot. I know what I saw. 

Just thought I'd share this info in case it happens to anyone else.
