Same issue here, I did not know my king account password an thought i could link to my old facebook account which forced me to chnage password, after i logged out and loged in with facebook account, scores all god. Please send private email, I do remember my account name/email (luckily) but the password reset is not working.0

Fill in all the blank spaces and make sure you are choosing the correct topic (Problems with my game) and subtopic (Game didn't save). Once you fill it in you will receive an automated email message. You need to reply to that message and explain your issue. If you don't reply to it, they won't reach you at all.

Thanks, I did already reply to the automated msg, figuring it would require another human email, still waiting. Problem is none of the menu item options match my problem of password reset email not working, so I submited it as a privacy legal issue. Just wondering if anyone had reset password mail failed and was resolved this way from support. So far there is no positive community posts about this problem that i have found yet.0

Just wanted to add to this thread that the reset password eventually did work, I think email must be buggy between the king servers and outside. But success. I was able to get my levels back using the reset password feature and relogin with the new password.
BEFORE you logout, REMEMBER YOUR LOGIN ACCOUNT email name. THat will likely be the only way to get your progress restored. I did not have success with the HELP system, at least before I fixed it myself with the reset password feature.0 -
