I lost all my level

I lost all my level. i think i am not playing candy crush saga more then 1 year. Please help and recover all my level.

If you have been playing through Facebook then your levels are saved. Log out of Facebook and then log back in. It should bring you back to the last level that you completed. If that doesn't work then try to clean out the history and then log out/log in to see if that works.

J'ai perdu mon niveau 780 et je suis retombée au niveau 1. J'ai perdu aussi tous mes bonus. Je me suis reconnecter à Facebook mais pas de changement

If you have been playing through Facebook then your levels are saved. Log out of Facebook and then log back in. It should bring you back to the last level that you completed. If that doesn't work then try to clean out the history and then log out/log in to see if that works.
