I've cleared my cache and cookies.  The issue isn't solved.Is this due to Firefox eliminating its recognition of Flash player?

Are you trying to access the game through the Facebook Gameroom?  The other fans that have been posting an issue here was with the same screen and it's because Gameroom has been down.  Please let me know if you are trying to access it through Gameroom.

It's been over a week and I still get the error screen.  From other posts in the forum, I am not the only one with this issue.  Installing additional browsers is taxing on my system, opens more doorways to intrusion and is just a band-aid fix.  Lower levels of the game can be played in IE (not my choice of browser). I am over level 3000 and would like to continue to play Candy Crush at the levels I have worked long and hard to get to.

Thanks for letting me know that you didn't see any icons above my answer!  When you go to answer the question it's there but now I see that once it gets posted you don't see it.  Thanks for the printscreen.  This is a mystery to me because I have been playing the game on Firefox and never got that image.  Can you play the game on Chrome?  Also there is another browser called Opera and I also use that to play the game.  Are you still seeing this screen when you try to open the game on Firefox?  Perhaps it was just a temporary thing but if you are still seeing this then please try the game on another browser and let me know how that works for you.
