I was requested to update adobe flash, which I did but still level didn't change
Crazy Cat Lad why have you put your response here when I was waiting for the fan to write me back with further information? I am a King Super Star and I've been handling loads of issues here on King Care and I am handling this. I would have offered the link telling her how to do this instead of you typing out the entire message when she wrote me back. Well hopefully she has resolved it or will come back to read both of our answers!
Sounds like the game has switched back to the old Flash Player version for you of some reason.
To get the new HTML5 and all levels, first make sure you play on a recommended browser - Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera.
Then check that your browser is up to date. You can check this by clicking this link:

If the game is still stuck on the old version, reinstall it:
1) First, we need to remove the game from Facebook here:
https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
2) Clear the cache on your browser:

3) Close the browser and open the game again here:
https://apps.facebook.com/candycrush
If you are using Google Chrome you can clear the cookies as well with these steps:
1. Paste this in the address bar in Google Chrome and press enter:
chrome://settings/content/cookies?search=cookies
2. Choose "See all cookies and site data"
3. Write in the search field up to the right "Candy" and delete every single cookie that comes up

Hi Raed, where are you playing the game - computer? mobile device? You shouldn't be asked to update adobe flash because King no longer uses this for the game. They are now using HTML5. I did try to get into king.com a little while ago and it opened up to the old version which ends at 2825. So please give me more information and we can try to help you get back to your current level.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
