How do I get rid of the pop-up ads that appear between each game? This started about a month ago.
Hi Mona, that is disgusting! I have heard from a few players that they are seeing these ads. I am going to elevate this to a King Admin to find out why and when they plan to get rid of it!
To upload a print screen here when you go to respond you should see 3 icons visible just above where you are going to type your message. The middle icon is the photo so click on it and then it will open up to your photos. Click to add or if it says open (not sure what it says) and it should show up here. Elsa, I'm playing on an old iPad (probably 4 years old) and don't know how to print screen on it. The box comes up in a Candy Crush style box with AdChoices at the bottom. The one displaying now says: Moving Soon? We can help you find your next apartment! There is a picture of a room below that, then below the picture: "By far the BEST apartment-finding site I've ever used!" Then a purple button that says Learn More. I can close the ads by clicking on the x in the red circle on the upper right corner like the other pop-up boxes in Candy Crush. Occasionally the ads are a local business but usually unidentified like the one I'm looking at now.
Hi Mona, I need more information from you. Where are you playing the game - mobile or computer? What does the ad say? Can you upload a print screen the next time this happens so we can check it out?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
