Why do I not receive boosters at the start of the following level?

I have been told and have seen many other people receiving boosters at the start of a level after previously completing the level before without losing a life. Although every time that I complete a level without losing a life, no boosters load in at the start of the next level. This is making me very angry as every other player has an advantage over me!

Hi Harry, what contest are you playing?  From what you wrote you do understand that you have to complete the level on the first try and then you will get a pop up box saying what you are getting for the next level.  I am going to elevate this to the King Super Stars and also to a King Admin to see if they have the answer for you.

I am unsure what the contest is as it does not show on my game although it should. Yes I understand that the level needs to be completed first try. This is what I've been doing although I have not received the pop up and the the boosters on the next level.
