Getting and error locking me out from purchacing

When trying to purchase my piggy back i\I get this message " Facebook Payments has been turned off for this app. Theres been unsual payment actity on your account foryour security, we've turned offfacebook payments while you're using the app contact us for help and more information. Help please!
