Cannot connect to the kingdom Candy Crush

Question

Hi there, I have been playing Candy Crush for some years now and since 3 days I cannot connect to "the kingdom". I have been playing on my computer (Windows through FB on Chrome and the app), and on my mobile (Android) and cannot connect in any way. I have followed all steps suggested (cache, re-install, flash) but cannot connect through FB, the apps do not connect. Is there a problem at this moment on the server side??? Please advice! :-)

Hi Neel, I am not aware of anything.  I just opened the game on Chrome and it opened and it also opened on Windows 10.  Since you wrote this 4 hours ago, can you please write back here and let me know if you are still having this problem?

Hi Elsa thanks for your reply! Yes, still facing this same issue :(  re-installed on my phone/Android and it will not connect. Same on Windows (and within FB)
