Didi didn't reward full prize

I fed Didi 7/7. I received the boosters but NOT the 6 hour unlimited play that was to be awarded with it!!  More than frustrated!!  How do I get the hours I'm entitled to?  Please advise:

I am fully aware of the rules for using infinity lives, and how they work.  The issue here is that they were not awarded when the challenge was successfully completed.  Perhaps there's a glitch with Didi?
