How do I get lost progress back.

Hi,  I've been playing CandyCrush on my mobile phone.  I recently got a new phone and tried to use Facebook to synchronise my progress to the new phone.  However instead of copying my progress across it reset my level back to 1.  I was on level 1322, how can I get my progress back?

    If none of these work for you, please write back here and I can try to elevate this to a King Admin.  But because it is a holiday weekend she won't be able to respond back until next week.  So please, let me know if any of those links resolves this otherwise when I'm back online at the beginning of next week I will elevate it to a King Admin who will be able to offer you further help.

    Yes I can Yemi and yes I will.  She will write you back privately here on King Care.  She won't be in the office until tomorrow and she might be a bit backed up with issues so hang in here and you will hear from her.
