also on my apple computer I can only get to level 3230

Hi June, sorry for the delay in responding.  I believe that the highest level on a mobile device is 3245 and on Windows 10 it's 3290.  Are you able to get to those levels?  If not, try to clear out the history and see if that helps you.

I don't have windows 10 I have an apple desk top and the level on that is 3365, but on my tablet it's on level3418

@June with this ID I see level 3425, is this the level that you see on your account? 

Whilst looking up your ID I also saw that you had multiple accounts, please can you be sure that you are logged into the same account across all devices?

Hi The highest level I'm on is 3455 and that is on my Tablet, and on my Apple desk top and my android tablets I'm on level 3395

Hi I have been asking for a long time why on my tablet I'm at level 3462 and on my Apple desk top I can only go as high as level 3440, I have put alot of money into this game well that is going to stop.

Hi June, sorry to hear that you are still having this problem.  Progress for the games is no longer taken care of here.  I am going to give you a link and try their troubleshooting first and if that doesn't work right near the end of the blog there is a link that you can click on to and send a message direct to them.
