Progress lost

I was on level 3008 but when I returned from Easter holidays I am now on 2912.  Is there any way this can be fixed?  The game has my icon sitting at 2331 (even though I was at 3008) when I log into the game but that has been an ongoing issue since I upgraded my computer.

Hi Cherie, sorry for the delay in responding.  I will elevate this to a King Admin and she will write you here privately but give her a day or two to respond because there are lots of issues going on this weekend.
