I lost all my progress after connecting to Facebook. I was on level 1289. Please help.

Hi Tamara, have you been playing through Facebook all along or did you just connect with Facebook recently? The difference is that if you haven't been playing all this time without Facebook then your progress hasn't been saved. Facebook and the Kingdom save your progress. I can elevate this to a King Admin who will write you here privately tomorrow or the next day but please, once your progress is back make sure that you continue to play through Facebook.

Same happened to me. I wasn't linked to Facebook before my phone restored.

Buping Bao, do you have a Facebook account? If not, please go to your app store and look for the Facebook app and load it on your phone. Create the account and then I think when you open the game again it should ask if you want to connect to Facebook. Please let me know if this works for you. Facebook or the Kingdom will save your progress so make sure that you play with one of them.I have play the game on my phone.How can I play through Facebook continuously

Same issue but I was reset to 2825. I always play with Facebook.

Moharv, if you were set back to 2825 then you are back to the old version because it only goes to 2825. Here is a tip to get you back on track to the new version:
