I am on level 420 in Candy Crush Saga. Will not load properly! No chocolates, only jellies!

Level 420 won't load. Only has jellies and candy and no chocolates! I tried playing it as is and the middle jellies will not clear. It's some sort of glitch. Why won't the chocolates show? Why won't it load properly? Please help, I don't want to lose my progress.
