my candies are missing

I am past level 1200 been playing for over 4 years now and when i recently logged in all my booster candies were gone. I am missing hundreds of earned candies. I contacted you over 2 weeks ago and have had no reply.

Hi Mike,

Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars. What I can try to do for you is to notify a King Admin and perhaps she can throw some boosters your way.  But please keep in mind that this might happen again in the future when playing on a mobile device.
