Lost progress level 1139 and was reset to level 1 when asked to log into facebook. Posted on Web but no replies. Have tried everything suggested in other posts and nothing is working . Please help me

You can get it resolved with this link: https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep Try the troubleshooting and if that doesn't work scroll to the bottom and in the last paragraph you can see "here" - click on it and direct the question there. They will get back to you.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
