Lost all my candy

I had to delete my app because of som trouble I had. When I downloaded the app again, all my candy were gone. I had over 200. I am still at the same level, but without all my candy..

I ment all my boosters are gone. What can I do to get Themsen back?

Do Dey really reply to queries as o have joined dis page just few mins ago ...anyways u can’t get back ur boosters or gold coins back have gone thru dis as well

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. However, as they are saved directly to your device, sometimes by deleting and reinstalling the game or with an update of either your device's operating system or of the game itself, then the boosters can, unfortunately, be lost.

The King always replace any purchased items that you have lost but as all free items awarded in the game are ''Non refundable, transferable, exchangeable and cannot be used in any other game," they generally do not compensate any free boosters that may have been lost.

Sorry to hear about your loss :( Unfortunately booster candies are linked to your device's memory. This means they will disappear if you delete or reinstall the app. Sorry this happened to you :(
