My computer running the latest version of Windows 10 is not receiving all the available levels?

My computer running the latest version of Windows 10 is not giving me the newest levels in Candy Crush? I have only received up to level 3590. I understand that with a Windows 10 computer I should receive up to level 3650. What could be causing this problem?

Hi Scooterpie, thank you for writing us here at King Care.  Are you still having this issue?  Are you using the app that Windows 10 came with?  If so then you need to go to the Mircosoft app store (shopping bag icon) and install the app from there.  I had this happen to me once too.  I have a laptop and desktop.  The desktop had all the levels but the laptop didn't.  It was suggested that I check to see if I had installed the app from the store and I hadn't done it.  Once I installed the game from the app store it worked.  So try that to see if that's the issue.

Thank you Elsa. Yes, I can play all available levels using the Microsoft app. I still am not getting the new levels on my browsers. This is wonderful to be able to play all levels. Thank you very much!
