Playing CC saga game froze couldn't close tablet down. Now when I try to play or uninstall CC my tablet turns itself off
Hi Geradine, I thought that it might be a factory reset because I have done that to my phone in the past. I was just very leery of telling you to do this because you lose everything once you reset it. But at least you are now able to play again. Happy crushing!
Glad its solved. Elsa and I were actually talking about this yesterday as she thought a reset was a good idea, but I wanted to wait to see if the other help worked first as it wipes everything. Happy playing now
Thanks for all your advice, my son factory reset and it solved the problem.
I have found before when I have had too many requests it crashes on me as Elsa said, but you should still be able to delete the app without it happening.
Is it android or iOS? If android go to settings storage then cache, clear. Reboot your tablet then once it’s back on try uninstalling again. Let us know if that works
If it doesn’t could you tell us which device you have so we can see if it’s still compatible please.
Hi Geradine, I don't know if you had accumulated a bunch of free boosters and lives but maybe if you uninstalled the game and reinstalled it that might work but you would lose all your boosters and lives because they are saved to that device. I'm going to forward your message to the Superstars to see if one of them has seen this before and can give you better guidance.

Hi Geradine, I am wondering if it's not a game issue but your device because why would it shut off when trying to play or uninstall the game. Do you have other games on your tablet to check if the device shuts down with them too?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
