In candy pet promo , candy for didi i have been trying for two days to collect rewards and have received nothing. is it going to be fixed and will i get the rewards i tried to get so far?
Yes both of these pets have had glitches for a couple of months now. It's not happening to everyone but the studio is trying to resolve it.
It's still happening now randomly 2 months later since as I look at it and it says this was posted 2 months ago! Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. It's very aggravating and disheartening when stuck on a hard level!
Hi Gary, whatever sickness Rami had was passed to Didi and that's not working well either. The studio is aware of this and are trying to resolve it.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
