Once the pathways are cleared, the fruit on the left side will not drop and therefore the level can't be completed. Am I missing something here?

Why did I keep reading messages here saying that it was on the bottom. Hmmmm. I feel like I want to give up on this game with all the glitches and not enough fixes!
Getting the fruit out at the bottom was never the issue it was always getting the last fruit out from the top where it just sticks!!!
That is totally awesome! Thanks for telling me that you guys are now on 3715 and 3716! See King does listen sometimes but I wish that they would fix these in a shorter period of time.

Alan, thanks for letting us know that they fixed it a bit! Please write back when you try it tonight to know that it's a definite fix on the porthole problem.
OK folks, so they've changed it at last. 35 moves instead of 30, four colours not five and I think the blockers are thinner. Not clear whether they've done anything about the porthole problem or not so don't know whether to risk another shedload of boosters or not! However we have guests coming round for lunch shortly, so I won't be able to try anyhow till this evening.
We can't keep our boosters now when we refresh the page. I couldn't do the levels without these. Is this permanent?. I think you will lose many of your fans now. I've spent enough money on this level

It's completely useless trying to pass this level the way it is now, not only because of the ruined portholes but because of the way it's been designed, with many colors and fruits that make strongly difficult to clear the three blocks. The designer should try to pass it before releasing it, and in this case that hasn't been done. I'm going to use my time in more rewarding things for now.
Agree with all the above. Please fix this, King, else you will lose a lot of loyal supporters

I have been trying to get past this for over a week. I have thrown everything I can at it and only one side will drop. Time to say goodbye to Candy Crush, it was fun while it lasted!
Dulcie, while you are waiting for a fix, are you playing any of their other GG games - Candy Crush Soda Saga, Candy Crush Jelly Saga and the new Diamond Diaries? I am having trouble with Jelly lately because they are testing the speeds so I can only play it once or twice and then I move on to the other games. So try the other games while you wait for the fix.

Hi, people! I think it's been fixed. I haven't been able to pass it yet, but there are new wayouts at the bottom of the panel for the fruits to disappear

Have been stuck on it for days! Tried for the last hour. It still jams either the left side clears or the right side!! I think candy crush should award everyone whose tried this level free boosters cause we wasted them for nothing!!!! I agree and like a levels but if you can’t pass it what’s the point! There are way too many computer glitches lately! Between windows 10 two weeks ago and last week not being able to acquire helmets or UFOs! Maybe only release 15 at a time and make sure there are no errors in the game! Or pay some of us to play for you and maybe release 15 levels Wednesday’s and update errors on Friday’s

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
