Totally agree, this level is absolutely ridiculous. I have now used untold boosters and hundreds of gold bars buying extra moves and just get stuck with one side of fruit refusing to move. Whoever designed this level needs serious counseling !!!!!

I've burnt every time type of booster I had. Even trying to follow the youtube videos that were put up, I couldn't see how the movement of the cherries and nuts thru the board. It seems as though if you get the cherries from the left down, then the nuts in the right column get stuck, and vice versa.

Put me on the list of complaints, this level is absolutly ridiculous......I don't believe it was even tested, and can someone please tell me the direction the ingredients are falling through the portholes? Very confusing and makes no sense !!! This level is a complete waste of time and boosters

I have bought extra boosters and multiple lives.... cannot pass this level no matter what I do. Please delete this level. There is no way to pass it.

I can clear one side but the second side refuses to drop no matter what I do. If I clear the right side the left side does not drop or if I clear the left side then the right side does not drop.

Twice tonight I felt that I was getting somwhere with 3714. It then just closed down on me with 6 moves still to go. It then showed that I had lost a life and all my boosters. Very angry this cannot be coincidence twice in a row. I said before I was giving up the game and I should have done just that.

I started a thread regarding this issue as it has been happening to me every time I play since the new levels were introduced yesterday. It will let me play 3 or 4 levels then will just shut down loosing a life and all boosters. I have managed to complete up to level 3740 in spite of this but they need to fix it. Can't really enjoy playing at the moment.

Elsa, this is the issue I reported a few days ago. Did it to me again this morning when I was close to passing Level 3714. I have now passed this ridiculous level, thanks for the fix. Now when will the refunds begin ?? And I hope the designer who created all this mess is kept well away from future levels !!

Peter, I started a thread about this yesterday and Elsa commented that no one else had reported this. I am seeing 3 of us now with this issue, I hope the people from King see this and find a fix soon.

We can't keep our boosters now when we refresh the page. I couldn't do the levels without these. Is this permanent?. I think you will lose many of your fans now. I've spent enough money on this level

Well I finally passed but I'm not gonna say by any means that it was easy or everything was fixed. First of all there are more moves, less hits on the waffles as most have noticed, but the making the powerful combos needed to get the cascades rolling was difficult. Long story short, 20 hands later and, the party hat which cleared the board (costing 30gold bars) I was able to finally pass. Was it worth it??? We shall see. I'll check back later to see how the rest of you do, if you comment here. Whew ......Glad it's over...!!! Thank you everyone

I finally passed 3714 I did not want to be outdone by candy crush. I still do not understand how it works though!! But every game since keeps closing down on me just as I am nearly finished, it is a huge problem and I see many people are having the same problem. Mostly it is more annoying as we lose everything when it does this.

I am on level 3718 but it's very hard without Mort's Helmets. I used to restart the game until I had 2 licorice, and play until I could see I wouldn't finish it, and come out of it. Now the boosters are gone when I go back in, and you have to spend time getting those helmets back. Not sure I enjoy playing it as much now.

Hello Dulcie, I have been complaining about this for nearly a week now. my complaint was initially acknowledged by Elsa, but all has gone silent now ?? I am also sick of losing lives and boosters with evevy freeze and shutdown !!

Hey Elsa, how do I get someone to look into the problem about the game randomly shutting down during play. It has been mentioned by others in this thread and you commented on the other thread I started two days ago. Just want to make sure someone is aware of this and is trying to fix it.

Yes we still have them at the beginning. Can you tell me Elsa, can you send lives to people and if so, how do you find them. I don't play in face book I play will my King Account. When I log into face book I only see myself. Every Wednesday I see a new set of levels, but I only see myself and don't know how many of us are on that level. Sorry if I haven't explained this very well. Do you work for King? as I'm not sure who you are. It's nice to know all these people play CC as I do.
