My buddy and I have won 30 mins colour bomb but when I claim it a pink rosette appears (telling me we have a winning streak of 2) and then I cannot go any further. The game just freezes.
Please can you get rid of the stupid pink rosette!
Indrid, I was told that it is going to be fixed with the next game app release which should be within a week.
My buddy and I won our challenge but I could not claim the prize, because of the pink rosette, and so I could not contribute to the next challenge, and we lost!
Please can you fix this or get rid of the rosette!
This is still happening. It usually works eventually, but you have to log out and go back later.
The buddy challenge used to work perfectly well, the problem started with the pink rosette. I don’t care how long my winning streak is, just get rid of the stupid rosette!
Still not working!!!! It worked for one day correctly and now back to freezing again!!! P
Hi Evie, as I wrote above it should be fixed with the next app release so let's hope that the week goes by fast.
I’m having the same problem. It tells me I’m on a win streak of 17 and is frozen. The only way to get rid of it and reset is to swipe up on my iPad and restart the app. Then I’ve lost the reward. So frustrating

It did happen again today, although it eventually fixed itself. If the rosette appears in the middle of the screen, all is fine, a ‘Sweet’ button pops up and away you go.
If the rosette appears in the bottom right quadrant, then you have to log out and wait.
Just got an update from a King Admin regarding this and she said that a fix is in place and should be fixed with the next game app release which "might" be in another week.
Hi Cee Crush, I reported it to the King Admin but I don't know if this glitch is a #1 priority. It should be but is it! I wish I knew what went on behind the scenes when they have to fix these glitches.
I had this same issue and although it eventually resolved, it was very annoying waiting several hours. It’s been a couple of days and now it is happening again. Hope some one fixes this to prevent it.
Hi Indrid, someone else reported this on King Care yesterday and another person uploaded a print screen so that I saw it. I'm glad that it sort itself out. If anyone else writes about it here during the weekend I can tell them that it got resolved on its own. Thanks for updating me.

Hi Indrid, it might something new because I did the buddy challenge yesterday and didn't get that. Can you just "x" out not to do the challenge?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone. update. Still having the same problem. My internet and my iphone 17 pro have not…
