I play CCS on win10 app and also with Chrome, both connected to same FB account and they are in sync for boosters and progress. Lately Win10 app has been crashing about once a day. Have tried updating Windows and the app, also ran the windows app trouble shooter, but none have worked. So probably time to uninstall and reinstall app. Question is, will I lose boosters (over 500!!) if I do?
Hi Alan, I'm not sure if you will lose your boosters on Windows 10. I want to say no because it's not a mobile device and you can only play Windows 10 on a computer. Thanks Elsa, but not sure either of these give me certainty. All logic (I have a little technical knowledge) tells me that on the same device and with the same FB account it should be ok, but not prepared to try it unless someone can give me reassurance. . .
Alan, what reassurance do you need? The blog article was written by King so they researched all of it and would never put out a blog if they didn't investigate it first. I do want to tell you that you are the second person that wrote here today saying that their Windows 10 was crashing. I'm going to open mine now to see what happens. I just opened it without a crash but since you said that it's crashing once per day I would need to keep trying it out.
Let's do this. I am going to keep an eye on the messages posted here during the weekend. Why don't you do this too and let's see if a lot of players start reporting this. The only thing that I can think of is since it is Microsoft it's not something that King would fix. It would have to be a Microsoft fix.
Please let me know what you decide to do.
I've been having the same problems for weeks. CC freezes and crashed on windows 10 app. I just went in to Google chrome through FB to count my boosters and gold bars. They are the same as I have on my windows 10 app. So here's my question. If I uninstall and reinstall the windows 10 app will I lose my boosters and gold bars on the windows 10 app? TIA
Exactly, Tricia. In fact the boosters and gold bars are also the same on a different PC logged into Facebook on the same account, so I'm pretty sure that re-install would be ok, but really want someone to confirm definitely before I risk hundreds of boosters.
Well we will wait and see what they tell us. I'm sure they'd love for us to lose all of our boosters and gold bars.

Elsa I was told they will only reimburse the boosters that I paid for. Not that I won.
