Also, just thought of something else. All this time King has been saying it's a microsoft error. Now they figured out it's a King error. I don't trust that they will give me all my boosters back so I'll play on win 10 app until they day I die even though it crashes after playing 2 levels.
In this situation when I was told that the players just needed to reinstall the game I told the King Admin that I needed to know if they would lose their boosters and if they would be reimbursed. She went back to the studio to ask them and they said yes. They asked for a print screen so I am assuming that they will give you back all of the boosters but I am only the messenger.
They weren't saying that it was a Microsoft error. It was me saying that maybe it was a Microsoft error because it seemed to be taking so long to get a fix. I can't tell you what's best for you and your game but I was able to offer the suggestion that they said should work.
