No theme updates

My husbands CC has all sorts of neat themes and updates but I’m stuck with Easter eggs since July...? I uninstalled and reinstalled then lost all my boosters that I’d been saving!! Why is my CC stuck in the older versions (I checked- it is updated) and now my boosters are gone.

Hi Mandy, now I under what you are saying.  You are getting Didi and Rami challenges.  Did you notice in Didi this week that you only had to wait 15 minutes between each one instead of them changing it up to 1 1/2 hours wait?  

None of the challenges are not working correctly at all.  They all have some kind of glitch and the studio is trying to resolve them.  Some are in testing phases where the players are randomly picked to test them.  I was once in a testing thing once where I got the new episode ahead of time and when it was released I was already at the top.  King always does testing and monitors everything to see if they work or not.  So you might get some challenges and your husband gets others.  Some challenges should be giving out rewards but aren't so those glitches are also being worked on.

Hi Mandy, I'm not sure what you are referring to with regards to themes.  Is it the background underneath the candies?  Unfortunately, when playing the game on a mobile device the boosters and lives are saved just to that device so that you can play the game offline.  You can read more about it here:  https://www.elsalanger.net/blog/where-did-my-free-boosters-go-on-my-mobile-device

Okay for example- I kel getting a sheep in and Easter egg and the dragon with the lanterns over and over as new in game challenges. My husband however gets helmets and has a bat on some levels, he also had a time where it was “fishing season”...I’ve never had any of that. I went to that link you posted but none of that was helpful to my situation (I must’ve not explained it right).  As for the boosters, that’s a huge bummer but okay. I just want my CC to have he near new challenges that others have...rather than always having the denzi lanterns or feed the baby sheep thing.

Okay- thank you so much! Thats a bummer for me, but he is LOVING it and I'm jealous lol! Oh well, hopefully my stuff will get a new fresh update. I did not notice that I only had to wait 15min, we play at night before bed so it's not like we monitor often Thanks so much for the quick response!! I'll keep trucking along! Have a great week!
