Candy Crush Saga level 720 bloody joke. I've seen the replies and help but they don't help.

Level 720 what a joke. Again not enough moves. I'm only getting 12 and not 30. I've seen the 'help' replies but they don't help. Sick of this game now. I want a refund on money spent. How can you allocate some players 30 moves and others 12???? Dont hold your breath If you think I'm going to buy boosters......
