No response to FB Messenger

I did not receive a response yet to my Facebook Messenger issue sent before 7 a.m. Eastern yesterday.   

Here is the message:  SAT 6:39 AM   

A short while ago, I made two separate purchases for gold bars. The first showed that I would get 3 gold bars as a bonus; the second showed I would get 7 gold bars as a bonus. Did not received either one.

Hi Jan, you are not going to get a response here.  You wrote on Facebook Messenger?  Who did you write to?  You needed to complete the contact form here on King Care.  Here is the link to complete the contact form:  https://care.king.com/en/contact

Type out what you wrote above on that contact form and you should get an email back from them with a ticket number.  They will help you from there because King Care's community no longer handles purchase issues due to the sensitivity of the purchase.
